symptom

Error "The page could not be displayed"

unable to access WebAccess login screen

cause

This is caused when the web manager for NetWare 6 has not been loaded on the server.  The web manager config file contains configurations for the virtual directories used in WebAccess.

fix

From the server console type NVXADMUP, close and re-open the browser on the workstation and input the URL.  By default the URL is http(s)://ipaddress:port(if needed)/webaccess/.
