symptom

Word documents with file names greater than 55 characters fail to print to an iPrint printer.

Word documents with long file names don't print.

Shorten the document name and the file prints.

fix

The problem has been fixed in NIPPLIB.DLL dated 15NOV2001 and later.  Please download and use the latest iPrint client (NIPP.EXE) found in the lastest server support packs.  NIPPLIB.DLL is contained in the NIPP.EXE.
