Customer downloaded a user connection license from Shop Novell and cannot install it

NWCONFIG.NLM does not find a license on the floppy

Cannot find the license file on the diskette

fix

SMARTCERT is an executable file that is to be run from a workstation. It downloads the license that you have purchased. The files may all be in a folder which is named with your licence serial number. If so, you will need to transfer the contents of that file to diskette. The License folder should be at the root of the diskette after you have transfered the files.

If the SmartCert application does not build a diskette with a license file *.nlf, please contact eld_queries@novell.com to obtain a replacement..
