Error occurs on POA screen.

Error: "Error putting item in queue, 8F01, table full".

Error: "New physical connection request denied, 8F01, table full".

Upgraded NetWare 4.x to NetWare 5.x

fix

Perform the following steps:

1. Increase TCP Handler threads on the POA.
2. Increase POA max application connections.
3. Increase POA max physical connections.
4. Update the LAN driver on the server.
5. Upgrade clients to match POA version, especially 5.2 clients that are running against a 5.5 POA.
6. Unload and reload the POA.
