This course is geared for students seeking the Certified NetWare Engineer certification and those who want to improve their skills in managing network users. In it, students will learn to manage policies, applications, workstations and inventory using ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management.
Novell ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management Student Manual—Volume 2 (Course 3041, version 2)
Managing applications includes routine tasks like application delivery and repairing applications on workstations. This course teaches ways to automate these tasks using ZENworks. Students will learn how to do the following:

Upgrading to ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management Student Manual (Course 3040, rev B)

Updated Client ADM Utility
