Service Excellence Award Winners
Novell Honors Partners for Technical Support
PROVO, Utah - March 29, 2006 Novell Technical Services has named 15 support partners as recipients of the 2006 Novell Service Excellence Awards. The awards were presented to the winning partners during BrainShare 2006 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The winners were chosen from among Novell's Platinum-level partners in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC for excellence in delivering worldclass technical support for Novell products and solutions.
Winners of this award are selected based on sales impact to Novell, customer satisfaction, demonstrated self-sufficiency of support deliver, quality and expertise of support staff, and customer references. "We have been overwhelmed by the number and quality of Novell partners that were considered for this year's Service Excellence Awards," said Mike Lyons, Vice President of Novell Technical Services.
Novell Technical Support understands the importance of partnering and continues to work diligently on creating programs that are channel friendly and underscore the importance of true partnering. “As Novell continues to broaden it's business, our partners are stepping up their investment in Novell products and services and together we're working to meet the support needs of our customers.
