Custom Reports

As part of our ongoing customer support plan, our Professional Services Group develops report templates that address current industry issues (e.g., software license compliance) or answer specific questions (e.g., how many local products have been added).

The reports listed below add value to your TS.Census License Compliance Suite installation and are available to customers with a current support plan.

These report templates can be downloaded and added directly to the TS.Census Asset Inventory Manager (see chapter 20 of the TS.Census Asset Inventory User’s Guide for information about importing report templates).

• Dell Adapter Recall Program Report
  Recently, Dell announced a far-reaching power adapter recall program that affects numerous laptop models. According to Dell, certain adapters sold with certain laptop models can overheat, which could pose a risk of fire or electrical shock. This report (for version 3.1 of TS.Census only) lists all laptop models in the TS.Census database sold with potentially affected adapters.

  The reports give you a list of the applications in your environment, and the systems they are installed on, that could be impacted by the Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).

  Provides a breakdown of all systems in your inventory with a specific grouping of workstations that are active, in lost and found, and migrated from NetCensus® software.
