symptom

An error occurred modifying an attribute value. Path not found (0x8209).

Unable to create new domain, post office.

Creation of MTA / POA works fine.

Creating a new domain causes a partial domain directory structure to be created.

fix

Create a wptemp directory and wpoffice directory under both the Primary Domain and in the directory structure for the new domain.
It may be the case that the primary already has these folders.
Inside the wpoffice directory, place an ngwguard.dc file from the 'po' directory in the Software Distribution area.

note

There may be some added steps to this, but in all testing, Novell found that the wpoffice and wptemp directories may or may not have been present.
Also, the wpoffice seems to need the ngwguard.dc file within in order to create a portion of the new domain.
