symptom

Browser error using FTP to download files : 504 Gateway timeout

Misleading or confusing error message returned by BorderManager proxy during credential failure

fix

Apply proxy.nlm from bm38ir4.exe. When a user sends invalid credentials to a remote FTP server, a 401.1 HTTP status with the message "Invalid Logon Credentials" will be returned - and not the 504 gateway timeout from before.
