Original message turns to garbage when replying to a message

note

The above issue is faced only with GroupWise 7 Client and works fine with GroupWise 6.5 Client

fix

1. Launch ConsoleOne
2. Right Click the Domain Object or Post Office Object and select GroupWise Utilities | Client Options | Environment | Views
3. Put a check mark on Plain Text under "Allowable Read Views" and "Allowable Compose Views"
