symptom

Cannot change ACLCHECK refresh interval with iChain 2.3

Cannot view ACLCHECK debug output on system logger screen

iChain ACLCHECK parameters not registered with system

fix

Change the load order of ACLCHECK in the appstart.ncf file (in sys:\system). The default appstart.ncf file loads ACLCHECK after BRDSRV. Change the file so that it loads before BRDSRV, as follows:

load capatch
load nwutil
LOAD regjni
CAAIOCFG.NCF
LOAD JAVA
load aclcheck /q /d4 /f60 /c20
load brdsrv /noload

note

ACLCHECK, with the appstart.ncf from SP3, got autoloaded as a dependency BEFORE the 'load aclcheck' statement in the appstart.ncf. In this scenario, ACLCHECK would load with the default settings and none of the non default settings configured would get activated.
