Problem: Unable to access needed network resource [app DN]. (D08E)

This error is received when any type of NAL app is launched, either force run or manually.

NAL is offline after successful authentication through the midtier

The following lines can be found in the ZFDNAL.CSV log file (after enabling Library logging):
