symptom

Cannot connect to remote loader

Driver could connect to sync passwords. Error:

GetDCKey() domain controller Server.domain.com is not in list

cause

The Authentication ID was input as USER@domain.com and the method was set to negotiate.

fix

In this case with Negotiate, you need to specify either the ID as just Administrator, or if you want to include the domain it must be entered as Domain/Administrator. Once we set the Authentication ID correctly it connected and started to sync passwords.
