Error: Winsock 10060 - Connection has timed out.

fix

Increase Apache Time Out Values: 
   a.  Edit the following lines in the SYS:\Apache2\conf\httpd.conf

         from
                MaxKeepAliveRequests 100
                KeepAliveTimeout 15

         to
                MaxKeepAliveRequests 300
                KeepAliveTimeout 150

   b.  Save the changes.
   c.  Restart Apache (ap2webdn.ncf and ap2webup.ncf)
