XNFS initialization fails

Error : NFS services initialization failed during mount daemon initialization - Error Code : 1017. Unloading XNFS.NLM.

cause

During initialization of the mount daemon, XNFS tries to read and process the SYS:\ETC|NFS\MNTTAB file.  If there is a problem with that file, initialization can fail.  The file is a record of what other systems have currently mounted various NFS shares.  The file is automatically created and the contents are built over time and mount and umount requests are handled.

fix

Delete the SYS:\ETC\NFS\MNTTAB file, then attempt to load XNFS again.
