symptom

When doing step 1 in the migration, the file copy stage, the migration wizard gives error that the destination server is out of disk space when there is plenty of free space left.

On the destination server volumes there will be a bunch or 0kb files.

cause

Directory Quotas and/or User Space Restrictions are turned on.

fix

Launch NSSMU on the destination server, NSS Menu for NetWare 5x, go into Volumes, highlight the volume and hit enter.  Change the Directory Quotas and User Space Restrictions off.
