When customer launches the Oracle Jinitiator webpage, and then attempts to remote control that pc
cause
The customer used onboard Intel Graphics with an older version of the driver :
Adapter: Intel 82865G
Memory: 64MB
Driver date: 08.10.2003
Driver version: 6.14.10.3691
Dig.Sig: MS HCP
fix
updating the driver to the following version, fixed the problem
new version:
Adapter: Intel 82865G
Memoryr: 96MB
Driver Date: 25.04.2005
Driver version: 6.14.10.4308
Dig.Sig: MS HCP
