symptom
Error moving user with two-character FID
User is moved to new PO, but mailbox is empty
Error occurs on the source POA when moving a user.
Error occurs on the source POA when renaming a user.
Error: "(TRACKMOVE) Could not 'OpenUser_AsSource' (49255 0x0000c067)"
Error: "Error Processing Admin Task [C067]"
cause
In this instance, the user being moved had a GroupWise "File ID" (FID) that was only two characters long.
fix
This problem has been fixed in GroupWise 6.5 SP6 code dated 9/23/2005 or later.
