Misconfigured Expire and Reduce deleting mail that is wanted

fix

Stop the POA and rename the Ngwcheck.db in the root of the post office directory.

ngwcheck.db

The ngwcheck.db file in the Post Office is the database that controls GWCheck's multithreaded processing. It contains job and task records that are used to synchronize and summarize GWCheck requests as they progress.

Restart the POA.

In some cases it is necessary to drop the ngwcheck.db from the guard after the rename. If after loading the POA you see error: C05d on the Ngwcheck.db you will need to drop this database from the guardian database. This does not need to be done in all case but in the event you see this error please see solution:
