Import Convert Export (ICE) does not import any data from an LDIF file
Error: Object Class 'XXX' does not exist in the schema.
Error: Attribute 'XXX' is not allowed.
Error: Record: 1, Schema Validation failed, skipping dn: XXX
cause
ICE cannot retrieve the schema from eDirectory
fix
Turn on the "Return operational attributes option when all user attributes are requested" tick on the LDAP Server object

Currently iManager does not show the box selected even after you have previously selected it. You can confirm this has been selected through ConsoleOne or by simply selecting it again and clicking on apply.
