External ICA clients cannot access MetaFrame server through iChain but internal ICA clients can
fix
Remove the NFuse_CGPAddress field from the template.ica file by remming it out with a semicolon. Now, in the application section of the launch.ica file I have an entry that looks like ";CGPAddress=*.2598"
