symptom

User will get an Error 8101 when adding himself to the notification list

The user is not able to start notify after his GroupWise account has been renamed

When adding a user account to the notification list, user gets error 8101

Running a GWCheck with the DelSubscribeRecords does not fix the problem

User was renamed

cause

This problem is caused because the SUBSCRIBE_RECORD with the old name has not been removed. This old name will not be displayed in the notification list.

fix

This problem has been resolved in the GW 6.5.4 gwcheck dated 12/17/04 or later.
