"No import policy found"
fix
Ensure that the import server has an associated Server package which as configured import policy. You can see the effective import policy for the server by going to the server's object properties and choosing effective policies under the ZENworks Tab.

This count is incremented each time a user logs in to the tree before the desktop is active.

"Zenwsreg returned the following error code: 500"
fix
Ensure the workstation can find the import server. This is done one of three ways: registry key, DNS Resolution of zenwsimport, or specified server on the command line. If the workstation cannot find the import server then the import request is sent to the middle tier. Ensure the middle tier can resolve zenwsimport(ie, HOSTS file).
