The Version of the MFC42.DLL is not correct. Version 6:0:8267:0 is required. Version 6:2:4131:0 was found. If you re-run the Migration Wizard it should install the correct version of this DLL

To fix the problem, you need to install at least the follow versions of the tools:
Server Consolidation Utility 2.6.311.17 These version can currently be found in NW65SP2.EXE in the following directories: NetWare Migration Wizard: PRODUCTS\MIGRTWZD This has been fixed by engineering with the latest builds of the Server Migration Wizard and the Server Consolidation Utility found at download.novell.com
The NetWare Migration Wizard and the Server Consolidation Utility are actually one and the same program MigWin32.exe called with different command line options. Without command line option, the program operates in Migration mode. With the command line option 5, the program operates in consolidation mode.
