Client Trust Stops Working After Windows XP SP2
cause
Installing Windows XP Service Pack 2 enables the firewall by default.
fix
Create an exception for UDP 3024 in the Windows Firewall Properties.

Press the Start Button
Click on Control Panel
Choose Windows Firewall
Select the Exceptions Tab
Press the Add Port Button
Enter a name for the exception - Client Trust
Enter 3024 for the port
Select UDP
Press OK
