Error: "Setup failed to run installation: The remote procedure call failed."

Error installing the WebAccess agent

cause

Apache Webserver was loaded

fix

Exit Apache Webserver and Apache Web Manager  (AP2WEBDN, ADMSRVDN)

Another instance was fixed by removing a crashed server from their tree.  The server was still in eDirectory, but was not online anymore.  After deleting the server object from ConsoleOne, eDirectory synchronized successfully, and the install completed without errors.
