symptom

Comctl32.dll crashes explorer.exe when NAL refreshes using the webview of NAL

change

Launch IE, go to midtier\myapps.html.  When it first starts and on each refresh (update), explorer.exe crashes and restarts.

fix

Fixed in the NAL files dated 30 Jan 2004 or newer in ZfDAgent.msi version 4.00.1093.40329 or newer found at Novell Product Updates.
