symptom

The iPrint client does not check for newer printer drivers

If a printer driver is updated in the RMS, the iPrint client does not detect the changed driver.

NDPS printer agents don't get updated either, unless the printers are configured via ZEN or RPM, then updated drivers may be pushed down.

fix

This is currently working as designed.

note

If you need the printer driver to be updated, you will need to delete the printer agent and then re-install the printer.
