Using Notes Administrator open the Gateway .NSF file and delete the mail that is causing the problem

The cause of this issue is that the Mail has been created using a Notes API that the gateway does not support.  GroupWise development is investigating whether to include support for this API in a future release.

This should be fixed in NGATE.EXE dated February 6 2004 or later.  Search Filefinder for patches containing this file.
