Error: D115 "Security Breach."

Error: D115

User cannot login to their account through any means.

Error received when launching the GroupWise Client.

Moved or renamed the user account.

fix

Run GWCheck32.exe with the VERIFYMODE option.
1. Launch the stand alone GWCheck32 application.
2. Under the MISC tab enter VERIFYMODE in the support options field.
3. Run Analyze/Fix against the problem user's account with Contents, Fix Problems and User checked.

note

If the user is receiving this error and is still able to access their mailbox, the problem is most likely with their archive.  To test, change the archive location in TOOLS/OPTIONS/ENVIRONMENT/FILE LOCATION.  If that is the problem run the gwcheck against the archive on the users computer.  Make sure to use type VERIFYMODE in the MISC tab of GWCHECK.
