Usually a problem then the temp dbspace of the informix server.
 
Run ccmsrv status -all -s <dbserver> to get the status of the servers dbspaces.

The problem is hard to identify.  I have never seen 0Kbytes free in the temp dbspace, but if the free space is less than half the total there may be a problem.  Taking the server offline and back online will free up space in the temp dbspace.  As informix run:

ccmsrv offline -s <dbserver>
ccmsrv online -s <dbserver>

If the problem continues to reoccur double the size of the temp dbspace with the ccmsrv expand command.
