Error: "Create overlay failed. Please lower your screen resolution or color depth and try again."

Error occurs when you try to play a DVD with the ZFD4SP1b agent installed on the machine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install the ZFD4SP1b agent and choose the default to install the Mirror driver.
2. Reboot.
3. Run WinDVD.
4. Put in a DVD to play and try to play it.

fix

Fixed with the ZenRem32.exe dated May 22, 2003 or newer in the ZENworks for Desktops 4 Agent.
Because ZenRem32.exe is embedded in the ZFDAGENT.MSI, you'll need to download the ZFDAGENT.MSI that is dated later than this date.  You won't be able to find the ZenRem32.exe separate from the agent on our file finder site.
