Reply rules only reply once to each user.

If user1 has a reply rule and user2 sends a message to user1, only the first message from user2 will be replied to.  Each subsequent message is not replied to.  Even new messages from User2 to User1.

cause

New feature in GroupWise 6.x "Allow reply rules to loop" 

With  "Allow reply rules to loop" uncheck (disabled) GW keeps track of users who trigger the rule and not the message.  Therefore, if User1 has a Vacation Reply rule setup and user2 sends them a message User1's rule will only reply once, even if user2 sends multiple messages to user1.

fix

Check the "Allow reply rules to loop"  From C1 highlight either the Domain or post office | Right Click | GroupWise Utilities | Client Options | Send.
