Upgraded to ZfD4 from ZfD3.x
cause
ZfD3.x uses HKLM\Software\Netware\NAL\2.X\Distribute\<tree name>\.<fqn of user> as a key to store the information about the apps that have been distributed.
for example: HKLM\Software\Netware\NAL\2.X\MyTree\.user.dept.Novell ZfD4 omits the leading period, so the above example becomes HKLM\Software\Netware\NAL\2.X\MyTree\user.dept.Novell
fix
Fixed in the Management Agent ZFD4SP1B in ZfDAgent.msi version 4.00.1002 dated 22 Apr 2003 or newer found at Novell Product Updates.
As a workaround, the registry keys can be copied to prepare the workstation, a tool to do this can be downloaded from the ZENworks Cool Solutions site, and is named NALDOT.EXE
