goal

Which DS versions contain the aux class lie fix?

fact

Novell NetWare 6.0 Support Pack 2

Novell NetWare 5.1 Support Pack 5

Novell Directory Services 8

Novell eDirectory 8.5 for All Platforms

Novell eDirectory 8.6 for All Platforms

Novell eDirectory 8.7 for All Platforms

cause

DS versions 7.x and earlier cannot synchronize objects with an associated auxiliary class

NetWare 6 SP2 adds an aux class to the NCP server object if NFAP is enabled

fix

The following versions of DS contain the aux class lie fix.  This allows us to flip an object with an aux class to unknown before skulking the object to a Recman database.  We then flip it back to known when received and before skulking to a Flaim database.

DS 8.x - 8.78 or higher
DS 85.x - 85.22 or higher
DS 86.x - SP2 or higher
DS 87.x - this was included in the FCS original shipping version

No changes were made to the reman databases.  The only change was in a later, 6.16 build, version of DS 6 so we can skulk to an aux class associated unknown server object (ie., a Netware 6 SP2 server with NFAP enabled).
