symptom
Error: "Apache Tomcat/4.0.1 - HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server" Error with ZFD4 Agent installed when trying to login to http://www.visa.com.ar under Commercial Cards.
fix
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Go and access http://www.visa.com.ar
2. Then click on "Visa Home"
3. Then click on "Para socios"
4. Then enter any user and pswd you will get an invalid login error, but not the Error 500 attached. This happens with our without the Mgmt Agent .
BUT
5. If you go and access http://www.visa.com.ar
6. Then click on "Visa Home"
7. Then on click on "Commercial Cards"
8. Then enter any user and pswd you will get an invalid login error if you don´t have the Mgmt Agent) but you will get an Error 500 if have it installed.
RESULTS:
1. On the first link under "Para Sucios" you will get an invalid login error, but not the Error 500 attached. This happens with our without the Mgmt Agent.
2. On the second link under "Commercial Cards" you will get an invalid login error if you don´t have the Mgmt Agent) but you will get an Error 500 if have it installed.
Rename the NOVINET.DLL file if you are not using Xtier.
