symptom
ZfD4 ODBC error when running Inventory Report.
Error in Report Viewer: "Unable to log into the database. Ensure that the ODBC driver is installed properly."
fix
Follow the steps in the On-line documentation "Prerequisites for Generating Inventory Reports". This error will occur if the SYBASEODBC.ZIP file from the ZfD4 Companion CD is not extracted to the correct location on the workstation where ConsoleOne is being run from and/or if the steps in the ODBCREADME.TXT are not followed correctly.
