GWCheck seems to be stuck on a certain record
cause
The GWCheck process had used up the maximum number of file locks granted by the NetWare server.
fix
Increase the maximum file locks allowed by changing the "Maximum File Locks" parameter of NetWare. Note that this parameter only applies to traditional NetWare volumes, but not for NSS volumes.
