Remove and reinstall all protocol's in the Networking Properties (Local Area Connection Properties) on the workstation in question. This is just a general Resolution to the problem, in order to find out more details about the issue you would have to open an Incident with Novell Technical Support.

Verified that the workstation did have the file and that it was the correct version. Removing and reinstalling the Novell Client did not help.
