symptom

fact

GroupWise 5.5, EP and 6.

If the library records are not listed in the dictionary container of NGWGUARD.DB then the storedrop routine does not know how to find the Library directories.

fix

To fix this, the NTS engineer needs to add the libraries into the dictionary container. The order of the record numbers isn't important. After the records are added, have the customer run the storedrop switch again by following NOVL53058. After this is successful, the customer should send NGWGUARD.DB back to Novell to have the library records removed.
