Novell Client 4.6 with SP2 for Windows NT

Formerly TID 2954812

Regread cannot process binary values

Regread cannot process dword values

Works with "string" registry values.  However, with "binary" or "dword" registry values, this does not work.

The REGREAD command can only handle string registry values, not binary or dword values.  The new REGREAD command of the login script can be used to read registry keys and store their value into a variable (%99).
