Verification of S/MIME component failed

No security service provider is available for viewing certificates

Starting the client gives the verification of s/mime component failed error.

Selecting Tools, Options, Certificates gives the "no security service provider is available for viewing certificates" error.

Applied the F32EP4F5.EXE client patch.

fix

This was fixed in GroupWise 5.5 Enhancement Pack SP4 or later.

Verify that the C:\NOVELL\GROUPWISE\GWMIM1.OCX file is the correct version for the GroupWise client you are running.
