Novell NetWare 5.1

Novell NetWare 5.1 Support Pack 3 (NW51SP3.EXE)

You can now download the prebuilt ISO image from Novell's support site for the NetWare 5.1 Overlay CD. The ISO image is bootable as well. Just go to http://support.novell.com/filefinder and do a search for filename 51SP3OVL.EXE.

If downloading the ISO image is not an option, you can make an overlay CD yourself as well.

The overlay template and README.TXT information is found in the support pack itself. It can be found in the \NW51SP3\TOOLS\NWOVL directory. There are two batch files, and a NWOVL.TXT file which is the README. The BLDOVRLY.BAT file is used for creating the combined image of the NetWare 5.1 CD and Support Pack. The CDOVRLY.BAT file is used to trim the newly created NetWare 5.1/Support Pack Image down to two (2) languages, to accommodate the CDROM size restrictions.
