"Scripts (Startup/Shutdown)" in Group Policies fails.
Local Computer Policy, Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Scripts (Startup/Shutdown) get copied to the Network location of new Group Policies and to the local workstation winnt\system32\GroupPolicy\User, but the Scripts (Startup/Shutdown) do not execute.
GPT.INI file on workstation varies in content from the GPT.INI file located on the server

Apply the entire Novell Client 4.81 for Windows NT/200 that contains wmgrppol.dll dated 8-8-01 or later. This client is currently in Public Beta. This will be fixed in the released Novell Client 4.81 for Windows NT/200, if and when released.
