Dr. Watson, Error 87, exiting GroupWise Remote

Error only occurs if a Send/Retrieve has been performed (which runs successfully).

Exiting GroupWise NT errors with the following Dr. Watson message:
Error: "Dr. Watson Fatal Error could not attach to the application Windows NT Error Code = 87 An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.

This occurs on NT or Windows 2000.  It doesn't occur with Windows 95 nor 98.

This happens on NT 4 machines that has NT sp4 or NT sp5 applied.  NT sp3 does not have this problem.

NOTE: This has been duplicated with IP and IPX connections on GroupWise 5.5.1 and 5.5.2.

fix

This is fixed in Support Pack 4 (SP4) for GroupWise 5.5
