Licenses not releasing after connection is cleared.
cause
The Units in use tab on the license certificate details provides information about a license consumption. Even though a user might not be using an application or service at this time, NLS displays the number of licenses conveyed to that user. These licenses are unavailable to any other object. The Usage For box provides details about an object in the In Use By box. To display information about an object, click its entry in the In Use By box.
Last Updated: This shows the last time that an object accessed or used the license unit.
If a secondary license unit is not used within 72 hours, it returns to the pool of licenses. Status is active when the license unit is being used.
Status is inactive when the license unit is not being used. A license unit has been conveyed but is not in use.
fix
Revoking a License Unit
To revoke or remove a license for an object at a particular workstation, click Remove.
This function cancels an object's access to a license unit. The unit returns to the pool of license units that are available from the license certificate.
You must remove secondary license units before you can remove a primary unit.
