cause
An older version of NALEXPRS.DLL had somehow been copied into C:\NOVELL\CLIENT32, or another location with a path defined to it. This file (the correct version of the file) should be in C:\NOVELL\CLIENT32\NLS\ENGLISH.

Verify the date of NALEXPRS.DLL on the server. Make sure this is the correct date in relation to the version of the ZEN CD and/or ZEN support pack. Do a global search of the affected station(s) and delete all copies of NALEXPRS.DLL except the one in C:\NOVELL\CLIENT32\NLS\ENGLISH, unless the file in that location also has the incorrect date. If NALEXPRS.DLL is the incorrect date, delete it as well. The next time NALEXPLD & NALDESK run, they will copy the version of this file contained on the server back down to the workstaiton.
NOTE: Make sure the server has the correct and updated Application Explorer files in its SYS:PUBLIC directory structure or the problem will start all over again.
