An error occurs when running SetupIP.
Error: "Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL which is needed to complete the installation. Error 103 ."

Client is Multilingual
fix
With the Multilingual version of GroupWise the SETUP.LID file will not work properly with SETUPIP, it will work in the regular setup.
Workaround: Change the information in the SETUP.ID file to show the following:
Old File: [Languages]
key0=0009
key1=040c
key2=0007
Default=0009
key3=0416
count=5
key4=000a
Change FIle to : [Languages]
key0=0009
Default=0009
count=1
It will run and load English client only.
