Error: UCMGR-314: Serial number synchronization error.

Files have not been stamped and the user count key file exists.

UCUTIL-100: Abnormal completion, status = 7021.

Unable to load BTRIEVE.

cause

Btrieve serial numbers are not synchronized.

fix

Run command NWUCINIT -PATCH.  This causes the BTRIEVE serial numbers to synchronize on the server.  (In one case NWUCUTIL -G11 had to be run before the NWUCINIT -PATCH was run).
