Groupwise User Account options are grayed out.

fact

Administrator prompted to Login when accessing GroupWise Account.

Checked system connections and connected to correct directory.

cause

User had GroupWise Account associated with a alias object.

fix

Removed GroupWise Attributes from the Alias NDS User Objects.  Regraft GroupWise domain and Post Office. Regraft the Users to the NDS User Object.
